By accessing or using the services provided by Sites Symphony Digital Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Sites Symphony Digital Solutions provides a wide range of business solutions including but not limited to:
Website Design & Development
Business Registration Assistance
Digital Advertising & Ads Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Social Media Management
SEO & Content Marketing
Branding & Graphic Design
Domain & Hosting Solutions
E-commerce Setup & Management
Any other digital marketing or business support services as agreed upon
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services
Make timely payments as per agreed invoices or payment plans
Review and approve deliverables within the timelines communicated
Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purpose
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice
A non-refundable advance/deposit may be required before project initiation
Delayed payments may result in pausing or terminating services
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other) unless stated otherwise
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
Once work has commenced, partial or full refunds may not be applicable
Digital services, once delivered or activated (such as ad campaigns or domain registrations), are non-refundable
Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables
Sites Symphony Digital Solutions retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or stock assets used remain subject to their respective licenses
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sites Symphony Digital Solutions shall not be held liable for:
Loss of revenue or business due to delays beyond our control
Third-party platform changes (e.g., Google, Meta algorithm updates)
Security breaches caused by third-party hosting or software providers
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice of 15 days. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be compensated by the client.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.
